1. What's the best way to take care of my necklace?
Always store your necklace in a clean and dry place.  To clean, simply wipe gently with a dry cloth - do not use chemicals or solvents to clean your necklace.You should not wear your necklace in water or sleep in it as this could cause the gold  plating to wear off.  However, please note that it is normal for gold plating to fade over time.

2. Who do I contact with questions about my order?
Please email all inquiries to our customer service team at dailydealsinfo@lizziescheck.com and they will be able to assist you with placing orders, answer billing questions and give you updates on the status of your shipment.

3. How long does it take to ship?
All orders ship in 2 weeks from date of purchase.

4. I didn't get an email receipt, did you get my order?
Just to be safe, email us at dailydealsinfo@lizziescheck.com with your name and email address used for your order and we'll check on it for you.

5. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Due to the popularity of this sale and the huge discount we are offering, all TODAY Show Sales are FINAL SALES - No returns or exchanges.

6. Do you ship to Canada or other Countries?
This sale is only for USA customers. USA Shipping only.
